How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed right here through our online shop. Choose your treats, select your available pickup date and time, and complete checkout online.

How much notice do you need?

Please allow at least 24 hours for online orders. Larger or special orders may require additional notice, so feel free to contact us ahead of time.

Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are available for pickup at our bakery stand outside the Tunnel Hotel in Frostburg, Maryland. Available pickup dates and times will be shown when you place your order.

Do you ship?

Yes! Wonder & Whisk Bakehouse ships eligible treats to addresses throughout Maryland. As a Maryland cottage food business, we are unable to ship orders outside the state of Maryland.

Do you take custom or special orders?

Yes! If you're planning a party, celebration, event, or simply need a larger quantity of your favorite treats, contact us to see what we can create for you.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We understand that plans can change! Please contact us  as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Changes and cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup may be accommodated. Once we have begun preparing your order, changes, cancellations, and refunds may not be available.

What is your refund policy?

Because our treats are made to order, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared. If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We want you to love your Wonder & Whisk treats and will do our best to make things right.

Do you offer allergen-free products?

Our products are made in a home kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy may be present. Because of the possibility of cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

Are your treats made from scratch?

Our treats are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and plenty of creativity. From classic favorites to our signature flavor combinations, everything is made with the same care we'd put into treats for our own family.

Can I order flavors that aren't currently on the menu?

Our flavors change from time to time, so you never know what new Wonder might appear! If you're looking for a past favorite or have something special in mind, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

How should I store my treats?

For the best flavor and texture,  keep your treats sealed in their original packaging or an airtight container. Specific storage instructions will be provided when needed.
