All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for online orders. Larger or special orders may require additional notice.

Pickup is available at our bakery stand outside the Tunnel Hotel in Frostburg, Maryland, during the dates and times offered at checkout. Please select an available pickup time when placing your order.

Eligible products may be shipped to Maryland addresses only. We are unable to ship cottage food products outside the state of Maryland. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup may be accommodated. Once preparation of your order has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because our treats are made to order, sales are generally final once an order has been prepared. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be happy with your Wonder & Whisk treats and will do our best to make things right.

If Wonder & Whisk Bakehouse must cancel an order that has already been paid for, the customer will receive a full refund.

Our products are made in a home kitchen where common food allergens may be present, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Cross-contact is possible, and we cannot guarantee that any product is free from a particular allergen. Please review the ingredient and allergen information provided with each product before purchasing.

Wonder & Whisk Bakehouse operates as a Maryland cottage food business. Products are made in a home kitchen in accordance with applicable Maryland cottage food requirements.

If you choose to create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Please contact Wonder & Whisk Bakehouse if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.

When you place an order, you agree to receive necessary communications related to your purchase, such as order confirmations, pickup or shipping information, and updates regarding your order.

Our menu, flavors, designs, and availability may change. Because our treats are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are normal and are part of what makes each batch unique.
